INTERIOR DESIGN ASSISTANT

The Interior Design Assistant is a dual role that will support projects in the design and production phases of residential projects as well as support Haldon House from an administrative perspective. The candidate should possess exceptional sourcing and procurement skills, have experience on complex design projects, work collaboratively with the design and technical teams, maintain relationships with vendors and have the ability to solve technical issues. Additionally, the candidate will support the team with administrative duties including attending meetings and capturing action items, onsite supervision of select tasks and own general office management functions.
We are seeking a Design Lead with experience in the residential industry. This role is responsible for developing CAD drawings, 3D modeling, selecting furniture & finishes and creating presentation decks. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of the construction process, the ability to manage and deliver a project from start through to completion and will collaborate closely with our Technical Director to ensure designs translate to reality. Work will be performed under the direction of our Creative Director and with the support of a Jr. Designer.
